Installation Method

Layout & Marking

  • Mark baffle alignment and spacing on the ceiling as per approved drawing.
  • Maintain uniform center-to-center spacing as per design.

Fix Anchor Fasteners

  • Drill holes in RCC slab at required suspension points.
  • Insert and tighten GI/MS anchor fasteners securely.

Install Threaded Rod

  • Fix GI threaded rods (6–8 mm dia) into anchor fasteners.
  • Secure with nuts and washers.
  • Adjust rod length according to required ceiling drop.

Fix Carrier System

  • Attach GI carrier channels horizontally to threaded rods using nuts.
  • Ensure carriers are level and properly aligned.

Install Hanger & Clips

  • Fix suspension hangers or brackets onto the carrier.
  • Attach clips to the top edge/frame of acoustic baffles.

Fix Baffles

  • Suspend baffles vertically using the clip and hanger system.
  • Ensure proper spacing and straight alignment.

Final Leveling & Tightening

  • Adjust nuts to achieve proper level.
  • Tighten all fasteners, nuts, and connections securely.
  • Check stability and uniform alignment.
