Acoustic Ceilings
Acoustic Ceiling Clouds
Horizontal absorbers hung below a hard soffit
Overview
Acoustic Ceiling Clouds
Flat PET panels suspended below the slab. They treat the largest untreated surface in most rooms while leaving services, lighting and sprinklers reachable.
In a typical office fit-out the ceiling is the biggest hard surface and the hardest one to give up, because everything runs through it. Clouds solve that: cover part of the area, leave the rest open for access, and take most of the reverberation out anyway.
A cloud absorbs on both faces, which is why partial coverage works so well. The gap between clouds is not wasted area — sound reaches the top face through it.
Hung on cable with adjustable grips, so they level quickly and re-level after the ceiling contractor has been back through. Cut to size from the full board.

Typical applications
