Installation Method
Layout & Marking
- Mark baffle alignment and spacing on the ceiling as per approved drawing.
- Maintain uniform center-to-center spacing as per design.
Fix Anchor Fasteners
- Drill holes in RCC slab at required suspension points.
- Insert and tighten GI/MS anchor fasteners securely.
Install Threaded Rod
- Fix GI threaded rods (6–8 mm dia) into anchor fasteners.
- Secure with nuts and washers.
- Adjust rod length according to required ceiling drop.
Fix Carrier System
- Attach GI carrier channels horizontally to threaded rods using nuts.
- Ensure carriers are level and properly aligned.
Install Hanger & Clips
- Fix suspension hangers or brackets onto the carrier.
- Attach clips to the top edge/frame of acoustic baffles.
Fix Baffles
- Suspend baffles vertically using the clip and hanger system.
- Ensure proper spacing and straight alignment.
Final Leveling & Tightening
- Adjust nuts to achieve proper level.
- Tighten all fasteners, nuts, and connections securely.
- Check stability and uniform alignment.
