Installation Method
Surface Preparation
- Ensure the wall is clean, dry, smooth, and free from dust or loose particles.
- Mark panel layout as per approved drawing.
Adhesive Application
- Apply Synthetic Rubber Adhesive on the back of the panel in dot or bead pattern (approx. 25–30 mm spacing).
- Apply additional adhesive along edges for stronger bonding.
Fixing the Panel
- Position the panel carefully as per markings.
- Press firmly against the wall to ensure full contact.
- Hold for a few seconds to secure initial grip.
Finishing
- Check alignment and joints.
- Remove excess adhesive immediately.
- Allow proper curing time as per manufacturer guidelines.
