INSTALLATION METHOD
Surface Preparation
- Ensure wall/ceiling surface is clean, dry, level, and dust-free.
- Mark layout grid as per approved drawing.
Adhesive Application
- Apply Synthetic Rubber Adhesive on the back of the acoustic tile in dot or bead pattern (approx. 25–30 mm spacing).
- Apply additional adhesive along tile edges for better bonding.
Fixing the Tile
- Position the tile carefully as per marking.
- Press firmly against the surface to ensure full contact.
- Hold for a few seconds to secure initial grip.
Alignment & Finishing
- Check alignment and joint spacing.
- Remove excess adhesive immediately.
