INSTALLATION METHOD

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure the wall/ceiling surface is clean, dry, smooth, and dust-free.
  • Remove loose paint, oil, or uneven particles.
  • Mark layout lines for proper alignment of wedge pattern.

 Adhesive Application

  • Apply Synthetic Rubber Adhesive on the back of the foam in small dots or thin beads.
  • Apply extra adhesive near edges and center areas.
  • Do not over-apply, as excessive glue may soak into the foam.

 Fixing the Foam

  • Carefully position the wedge foam panel as per marking.
  • Press gently and evenly without crushing the wedge profile.
  • Hold for a few seconds to secure initial bonding.

 Alignment & Finishing

  • Ensure wedges are aligned uniformly with adjacent panels.
  • Remove any excess adhesive immediately.
  • Allow proper curing time as per adhesive manufacturer guidelines.
